Paint Guide - Industrial Space Marine Terminator

Here’s how I paint my industrial yellow Space Marines. Yellow is a notoriously difficult color to paint, but I use a simple base coat of Averland Sunset, followed by a dark wash and progressively lighter yellow drybrushes. This example Terminator features hazard stripes painted with Corvus Black and some custom paper warning sign posters.

Paint Guide - Solar Auxilia

I’ve been painting my Solar Auxilia miniatures for the Horus Heresy using a bold combination of blue armor and an orange undersuit, combined with simple silver metallics and white details. The blue armor is drybrushed over a Nuln Oil wash, while the orange cloth is washed with watered down grey contrast paint. Here’s my paint list.

Paint Guide - Kria the Huntress

I recently painted Kria the Huntress, a resin Forge World model for Necromunda. I have quite a large Escher gang already, so I wanted to paint this model to match the existing gang but vary her slightly to have her stand out. The model is based on a strong contrast of black and white, with spot colors of yellow, orange, and pink.

I paint my Sons of Horus Space Marines using an icy blue/green color for the armor, contrasted with orange details. The base coat for the blue is Citadel’s Baharroth Blue, washed with Nuln Oil, and drybrushed with Skink Blue and Hellion Green.

Paint Guide - Stormcast Eternals

Here’s my simple method for painting a Stormcast Eternal for Warhammer Age of Sigmar, using a striking white and red color palette. The metal areas use a base coat of Leadbelcher from Citadel, and this is weathered using the classic combination of Typhus Corrosion and Ryza Rust, finished off with a bright highlight of Stormhost Silver.
